Summer is at an end and children everywhere in the UK are heading back to school. While they try and claw the last few precious days out of the summer holidays and parents breathe a sigh of a relief, here at Wristband Market we know how important it can be to make sure children are as safe as can be....

Those local to High Wycombe will have plenty to enjoy at Hughenden Manor as The National Trust hosts 1940's Weekend!  

The weekend commemorates Hughenden Manor’s top secret work for the Air Ministry and RAF, the role of local people and the war effort in general. Hughenden was a center for vital map making for crucial air raids. Although high on the list of Luftwaffe targets, “Schloss Hughenden” was fortunately only directly threatened once, when a V1 blew out a window in the nearby chapel. 

With live performances, and RAF fly by, a lingerie and fashion show along with lots of other period events this will be an unmissable experience! Make sure you get your wristband on the door for entry...

Another example being an event organiser has used them to identify belongings and making use of the sequential numbers printed on the wristbands themselves.

Each person attending the event and storing their belongings is given a wristband and then another wristband with the same number is fixed to the items being stored! That way when it's time to go home.....its a simple case of matching up numbers and belongings! Ingenious.......
