Q: What is Tyvek?
A: It is brand of flash spun high-density polyethylene fibres, a synthetic material; the name is a registered trademark of DuPont
Q: What are the size options?
A: We supply two different sizes of wristbands. 19mm (3/4”), which can be customised with text only and 25mm (1”), which can be customised with logos and text.
Q: What is the minimum order for wristbands?
A: Our minimum order size is 20 wristbands
Customisation
Q: Can I use my own custom logos and text?
A: Yes, any logo or text can be printed on Tyvek and most colour ink options are available. Excluding white.
Q: Can my order include different colours?
A: Yes of course, any order can include different colours as long as it is 100 or more.
Q: I need to change my order, what do I do?
A: Call our team on 01494 853 150 and we will make the changes needed, as long as the order hasn’t been fulfilled.
Delivery
Q: What is turn around from order to delivery?
A: Any order size fewer than 10,000 wristbands received before 12pm will be printed the same day and dispatched by the next day.
Q: Who is your delivery provider?
A: All of our orders are shipped using Royal Mail Fully Tracked 48H and International Tracked Services.
Refunds/Cancellations
Q: What do I do if I need to cancel/refund my order?
A: Call us on 01494 853 150 and providing the order has not been fulfilled we will cancel your order and refund you the full amount. Unfortunately if it has been fulfilled you will incur the cost of production.
